How to Port in Number

If you have phone numbers purchased from another service provider and would like to port them into your account, the port-in process is completely free.

To successfully port in a number, you must provide:

• The account number

• The PIN from your current service provider

Before submitting a port-in request, please make sure that your desired number is eligible for port-in.

There is no charge to port numbers into your account. Once the port-in is completed, you will be able to receive all SMS messages for every number you have successfully ported in.
